Services
Four kinds of work for growing businesses. Ongoing care and a defined project are different agreements. Neither one comes with a made-up response time on this page.
01
Day-to-day care for the systems you already run.
Monitoring, administration, and a person who learns the tenant. Hours and response targets are written into the agreement. They are not printed here as a universal promise.
02
Moves and other changes, with a beginning and an end.
Tenant migrations, new tenant setup, and the project work that should not be squeezed into a monthly retainer. The scope is written. When it is done, it is done.
03
Who can get in, and how the tenant stays that way.
Entra ID, Active Directory, privileged access, guests, and hardening. You get a list of what will change, not a product pitch.
04
A plain look at Azure and AWS: what is on, and what it costs.
Accounts, access, and spend that has drifted. The result is a shorter bill, or a written reason the bill is fair.
No vendor logos. PowerShell is how a lot of the repeatable Microsoft administration gets done, and those scripts stay with you.
Mail, files, meetings, and the policies around them. Advice about licenses you already pay for is part of the work. Resale is not offered yet.
Subscriptions, access, and the bill. Cost work is a project when nobody is watching the account, then part of care once the picture is clear.
Cloud identity, including Active Directory when a hybrid is still doing real work. Roles, guests, and the admin accounts that should not be daily drivers.
Enrollment and a device list that matches the laptops people actually use. Often part of a setup or a hardening project.
Accounts, access, and the services a smaller company turned on and left running. The questions match Azure: what is on, who can touch it, and what it costs.
Say what you run and which of the four you think you need. If you are not sure, say that too.
